The YF-1002 is a single-person seated hard-shell chamber measuring 1750 × 860/1025 × 1870 mm. Choose the 860 mm or 1,025 mm width for the room and access route, then select the YF-10 or YF-20 oxygen control system for the project.
Compare the cabin dimensions, seating or reclining layout, oxygen flow and pressure settings with your room plan. Allow space for the door opening, external equipment and routine access before confirming the installation position.

- Pressure settings include six levels: 1.1, 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0 ATA; optional configurations can reach 2.5 ATA.

Consider the window positions together with the door opening and the surrounding room layout. Keep the observation side accessible so an attendant can see the occupant and communicate easily. Pressure and time control
YF-1002 provides selectable pressure settings up to 2.0 ATA, with controls for pressure and session time.
The control layout brings session settings and monitoring into the same operating area. Select the pressure and duration for the confirmed configuration, and review the internal and external interfaces during setup. This helps the operator check settings and follow the session without relying on a single viewing position.
Core materials and safety
Pressure-vessel-grade plate, high-performance PC doors and windows, eco-friendly automotive-grade interior materials and aluminium flooring support a safe, durable cabin.
Review the shell, transparent components, interior surfaces and flooring together when choosing the final configuration. Colours and finishes should work with the room and the intended cabin layout. Confirm the selected materials and equipment list before production so the delivered configuration matches the project.
Rounded chamber structure
A circular or elliptical shell distributes pressure more evenly, reducing stress concentration and supporting long-term use.
The curved shell forms the main cabin around the selected seating or reclining layout. When planning the room, review both the external dimensions and the usable interior space, with enough room around the door for entry, observation and routine equipment access.

- A reinforced door panel supports a stable seal and repeated daily access.

- The viewing panel balances visibility with the protection expected from the cabin enclosure.
- Door frame and interior structure Carbon steel
- Carbon steel is used for the door frame and interior structural components; it is not the pressure-bearing shell.
