YF4001 product overview
A multi-person platform designed for coordinated operation
The YF-4001 (CLIPPER) is a 4 person multiplace hyperbaric chamber that brings group-class economics to oxygen sessions: four full powered seats, four independent BIBS masks at 93% oxygen, one operator, one hour — four billable sessions. It is built for pro team recovery rooms, group programs at recovery franchises, resort and senior-community wellness, and corporate health centers. The curved wide-body steel hull, rated up to 2.5 ATA, weighs far less than a boxy cabin of equal capacity — and even at over eight feet long it still splits through a 31.5-inch (800 mm) doorway to reach second-floor rooms.

Multi-seat layout
Facing seats create a more spacious, comfortable cabin for shared use by families, teams or professional settings.

Core materials and safety
Pressure-vessel-grade plate, high-performance PC doors and windows, eco-friendly automotive-grade interior materials and aluminium flooring support a safe, durable cabin.

Main unit and air-conditioning system
The main unit and air-conditioning system support stable operation, temperature control and continuous air exchange with straightforward maintenance.

Spacious cabin interior
The rounded cabin and open layout make entry, observation and mobility easier, including for multi-user or wheelchair scenarios.
Application scenes
Six application scenes are arranged in two rows of three cards.
Our materials
Core materials are selected around pressure-bearing performance, everyday durability and a clean project finish.

Door
20-25 mm | Panel material: PC boardA reinforced door panel supports a stable seal and repeated daily access.

Window
20-25 mm | Panel material: PC boardThe viewing panel balances visibility with the protection expected from the cabin enclosure.

Aviation aluminum
20-25 mmLightweight aviation aluminum helps keep the structure practical to handle during installation.

Container plate
4-6 mmThe pressure-bearing plate provides a solid foundation for the chamber body.
Our pressure system
Dedicated gauges make the operating state easier to read and help the operator manage the pressure sequence.

Negative pressure gauge
-100 to 0 kPaIdentifies negative-pressure fault risk and alerts the operator to an abnormal state.

Positive pressure gauge
0 to 250 kPaMonitors the chamber working pressure and supports the controlled pressurization and depressurization sequence.
Our safety system
Manual and automatic relief paths provide clear response options for normal shutdown and abnormal pressure conditions.

Pressure relief valve
Manually operated at the end of use to release chamber pressure. The door is opened only after pressure returns to zero.

Safety valve
Opens automatically during an over-pressure fault to prevent the chamber pressure from rising too high.

Custom valve
Provides controlled micro-venting to keep the chamber pressure stable and balance the incoming air flow.
Our operating and communication system
The operating controls and communication points are arranged so that the user and operator can stay informed throughout everyday use.

Inner screen
The cabin display presents the key operating information inside the chamber.

Outer screen
The external panel keeps control information visible to the operator at the workstation.

Inner call
The cabin handset provides a direct voice channel for the occupant.

Outer call
The external handset lets the operator respond clearly without opening the chamber.
