HBOT YF-4002
YF-4002 4-Person Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber
Can this chamber operate at 1.5 ATA, and what is its maximum pressure?
All OxySail models support operation at 1.5 ATA and can reach a maximum pressure of 2.5 ATA. Confirm the available pressure settings and controls before ordering, and follow the manual and confirmed configuration supplied with your chamber.
Elliptical/round chamber design
evenly distributes force and resists deformation under sustained high pressure
High-pressure protection
a password is required when the set pressure is ≥1.6 ATA to prevent accidental operation
Water-cooled air conditioning
no refrigerant charging is required, making long-term use safer and easier
Two-way internal/external intercom
in-chamber and external communication units
Exhaust mode
the safety valve continuously exhausts while air continues to enter, maintaining high air circulation and freshness inside the chamber
Customization
OEM/ODM support for chamber shell, floor, carpet, interior and seat colors
YF4002 product overview
A multi-person platform designed for coordinated operation
The YF-4002 is a four-person hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen chamber for wellness centers, sports recovery, spas and commercial projects. Its 143.7 x 65.9 x 68.9 in body provides 40 L/min oxygen flow and supports pressure up to 2.0 ATA. The rounded layout and modular installation support comfortable group sessions and practical site delivery.

Rounded chamber structure
A circular or elliptical shell distributes pressure more evenly, reducing stress concentration and supporting long-term use.

Pressure and time control
Supports operation at 1.5 ATA and a maximum pressure of 2.5 ATA. Confirm the available pressure settings before ordering. Sessions of 20, 40, 60, 80 or 120 minutes can be set and monitored using the internal and external interfaces.

Screen and communication control
External and in-cabin screens work with the intercom to set pressure and time while maintaining clear communication.

Gas circulation and noise control
Continuous ventilation refreshes cabin air, helps keep carbon dioxide low and controls operating noise at about 50 dB.
Application scenes
Six application scenes are arranged in two rows of three cards.
Our materials
The pressure-bearing shell uses 4-6 mm steel plate. Aluminum alloy is used for the door frame and interior structural components.

Door
20-25 mm | Panel material: PC boardA reinforced door panel supports a stable seal and repeated daily access.

Window
20-25 mm | Panel material: PC boardThe viewing panel balances visibility with the protection expected from the cabin enclosure.

Door frame and interior structure
Aluminum alloyAluminum alloy is used for the door frame and interior structural components; it is not the pressure-bearing shell.

Our pressure system
Dedicated gauges make the operating state easier to read and help the operator manage the pressure sequence.

Negative pressure gauge
-100 to 0 kPaIdentifies negative-pressure fault risk and alerts the operator to an abnormal state.

Positive pressure gauge
0 to 250 kPaMonitors the chamber working pressure and supports the controlled pressurization and depressurization sequence.
Our safety system
Manual and automatic relief paths provide clear response options for normal shutdown and abnormal pressure conditions.

Pressure relief valve
Manually operated at the end of use to release chamber pressure. The door is opened only after pressure returns to zero.

Safety valve
Opens automatically during an over-pressure fault to prevent the chamber pressure from rising too high.

Custom valve
Provides controlled micro-venting to keep the chamber pressure stable and balance the incoming air flow.
Our operating and communication system
The operating controls and communication points are arranged so that the user and operator can stay informed throughout everyday use.

Inner screen
The cabin display presents the key operating information inside the chamber.

Outer screen
The external panel keeps control information visible to the operator at the workstation.

Inner call
The cabin handset provides a direct voice channel for the occupant.

Outer call
The external handset lets the operator respond clearly without opening the chamber.
Our supporting equipment
Seating, lighting and entertainment options can be coordinated with the intended venue and user experience.

Aviation chair
Powered seating with a structured, premium cabin profile.

Space chair
A reclined seating option for a softer lounge-style interior.

Custom chair
A seating option that can be matched to the cabin finish and project needs.

Infrared lighting
A focused lighting option for a warmer interior atmosphere.

Starry ceiling
Decorative points of light add a distinctive ceiling finish.

Television
In-cabin entertainment for flexible everyday use.
